We do not intentionally collect precise geolocation or government identifiers. If you include such data in a support ticket, it will be handled as part of that request and removed when no longer needed.
Use of Data
We use personal data to operate and improve VividHub. Processing is based on one or more legal grounds such as contract performance, legitimate interests (security and platform improvement), consent (non-essential cookies), and legal obligations (tax and accounting where applicable).
Primary purposes
We do not sell your personal data. If we ever introduce optional marketing communications, you will be able to opt out at any time.
Your Rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights regarding your personal data. We honor applicable rights and respond within legally required timeframes.
- Access: request a copy of personal data we hold about you.

If you think we have not handled a concern appropriately, you may also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection authority in your region.
Security & Retention
We apply reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect your personal data against accidental loss, unauthorized access, alteration, and disclosure.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. If we become aware of a data incident that affects you, we will notify you as required by applicable law.
Third Parties
We may share data with vendors that help us run the service (for example, payment processing, email delivery, and infrastructure). Those vendors process data on our behalf under contractual terms and security requirements.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to respond to lawful requests, or to protect the rights, safety, and integrity of VividHub, our users, or the public.
International transfers
If data is processed outside your country, we rely on appropriate safeguards (such as contractual protections) consistent with applicable requirements.
Children’s Privacy
Our courses are intended for a general audience interested in programming. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age where parental consent is required by applicable law.
If we learn that we have collected such data, we will take reasonable steps to delete it and prevent further processing.
